Content Review Process

How Articles Are Developed

Each article originates from primary medical research and established clinical guidelines. Our process involves reviewing multiple peer-reviewed sources to distinguish between well-established medical findings and emerging research. For India-specific data, such as treatment costs and healthcare access, we verify information through at least two independent sources. These include hospital pricing lists, government healthcare databases, and published medical rates. Every factual claim is supported by numbered citations to allow for independent verification.

Editorial Responsibility

I research and author all content on this site. While I am a patient advocate and not a medical professional, I apply a professional, systems-based approach to data verification. All content is strictly educational and cited to ensure transparency. It is important to note that medical professionals are not currently part of our formal review committee. We prioritize transparency by clearly labeling the source of every clinical statement.

The Quarterly Update Cycle

Medical knowledge and healthcare costs in India are subject to frequent change. To maintain accuracy, every article on this site undergoes a formal review every six months. During this cycle, we audit content for the following:

  • New clinical research or changes to international treatment guidelines.
  • Updated cost information for lab tests and medications in Indian metros.
  • Functional checks for all external citations and resource links.

Limitations of Data

Healthcare is an evolving field, and individual circumstances vary significantly. While we strive to provide the most accurate information available at the time of publication, this site cannot account for every medical scenario or future clinical development. We encourage all readers to use this resource as a starting point for discussions with their personal healthcare provider.
